I am starting this blog because recently I tried to get a mortgage for a home for my wife and I. Long story short, due to low credit scores our interest rate was not so low. This we did not qualify for a low monthly payment arm loan and the fixed rate loan payments were way too high for us to afford. So please join this blog and share your thoughts and expierences on getting a home loan (mortgage).
